This webinar discusses nursing care in the hospital or community setting for patients who are at-risk for Fatty Liver Disease. The webinar presents the epidemiology of the disease, the signs and symptoms of Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) and Nonalcholic Fatt Liver Disease (NAFLD), and current and future treatments of the disease.  Learners will be able to identify NASH and NAFLD through the use of a case study scenario.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:
  • Describe the epidemiology of Fatty Liver Disease.
  • Differentiate the signs and symptoms of NASH and NAFLD.
  • Discuss the current and future treatment of Fatty Liver Disease.
